2.3 Returns: Due to immediate delivery, digital products are non-refundable. If you encounter technical issues, contact us for support within 7 days.

3. Physical Goods

3.1 Scope: Printed manuals or promotional items.

3.2 Shipping: We ship to worldwide addresses. Shipping times vary by region.

3.3 Returns: You may return unopened items within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping. A restocking charge of 10% applies. See Refund Policy for details.

4.2 Digital Products Refunds: - Digital items are non-refundable due to immediate access. - If technical defects occur, remedies include a replacement file or credit toward another product.

4.3 Goods Refunds: - For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the item. - A restocking fee of 10% applies to returned goods.
